Con Yeager Spice Processing Class
Join us Thursday, October 21st as we introduce a new line meat processing seasonings and spices from Con Yeager Spices. Tim Gwin and Keith Kijowski from Con Yeager will lead this event. These guys are the experts on the spices and how to use them for processing. Tim and Keith will be able answer any questions you have so be ready to ask away. As always, we will provide beverages. Come join us for this fun, entertaining, and educational event.

Open Fire Cooking Class
Please join us Thursday, June 23rd for an Open Fire Cooking class. This is sure to be a fun and exciting class. We will be cooking on the Breeo, Le Bol, Camp Chef, pizza oven, and more. Class attendees will have the opportunity for hands-on cooking for those who want to. As usual, Pennwood will provide the refreshments.

BBQ Fest 2023
BBQ Fest is coming up again. We have decided to bring the Smokin’ In The Gap BBQ Cook-off (Click for detail and to sign-up) back this year. The competition is going to be a people’s choice only this year so you’ll need to stop by the Pleasant Gap Fire Company’s table to get your ballots to vote. While you are at the table we ask that you consider making a small donation to the fire company, a donation is not required however.
